Holland is a walkable neighborhood located in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District near the heart of the city. The area is predominantly residential with many charming Bungalow-style homes built between the 1920s and 1940s. Bordering the community on the east side is Central Avenue with University Avenue to the west.
