Steven’s Square (officially Steven’s Square – Loring Heights) is a historic neighborhood bisected by the famous Nicollet Avenue. The community is quaint and sweet, just one mile wide and three blocks long, and filled with signature 3 ½ story brownstone buildings, which house many local residents. Known as the southernmost neighborhood of the central community in Minneapolis, much of the community is part of the National Historic District. Nicollet Avenue, also known as “Eat Street,” offers many dining options for locals to enjoy, including the Reverie and the Tibet Kitchen restaurant. Another popular amenity is the Steven’s Square Park, located in the center of the neighborhood with abundant green space and playgrounds.
